Shipping Policy

• Delivery Deadline: We aim for prompt delivery. By legal standard, all orders will be delivered within 30 days of the order confirmation, unless a bespoke timeframe has been expressly agreed upon.

• Loss & Damage: The risk of loss or damage remains with Fitzroy & Co. until the parcel is physically delivered to your specified address or a designated recipient.

• Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number from our premium courier partner will be sent to your registered email.
