Refund & Returns Policy

At Fitzroy & Co., we are committed to the highest standards of British tailoring. Should your purchase not meet your expectations, our returns process is straightforward and transparent.

• Right to Cancel: In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. You may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods.

• Refund Timeline: We will process a full refund, including the cost of standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving the returned items at our facility.

• Faulty Goods: Should a garment be found defective, you have a short-term right to reject the product for a full refund or repair for up to 30 days from the date of delivery.

• Condition for Return: To receive a full refund, items must be returned in their original, pristine condition, unworn, and with all Fitzroy & Co. tags intact.
